Jan. 10th 2010 The beginning
OK today i came across an ad that said "4 vegetables that will melt away belly fat". I thought what the hell and clicked on it. It went on and on about these proven vegetables, how fast they will help get rid of your belly bulge, but all i cared about was what ones. I had to scroll down more then half the page before it actually got to why I clicked on it in the first place. Anyway the four vegetables were: Broccoli, Cauliflower, cabbage, and kale. It also went on to try to get you to buy some crap about there special diet routine that will put these vegetables to work. These four vegetables are going to be a big part of my new diet that I am starting tomorrow. My boyfriend is going back to school and has all afternoon classes so he won't be home mon. - thurs. when I get home from work. Since I figure I am not going to know what to do with myself, I am going to start exercising. I know this may seem weird but i don't like exercising when he is around. Maybe the thought of what he sees when I am on the tread mill. A big fat blob bouncing up and down. Well this is "the beginning" of a new me and I am going to keep track of everything on here. How somethings are working and some are not. Wish me luck!!
